HYDROGEN gas stations

HYDROGEN gas stations

Now that fossil fuels are causing damage to the environment, we need to innovate, develop and implement new products and equipment that meet current requirements. Hydrogen is the fuel of the future. The HYDROGEN filling station is presented in the form of fully integrated modules that aim to supply vehicles. The capacity of the station varies with a maximum of 500 kg H2 / day for small cars and up to 1500 kg H2 / day for trucks

Hydrogen filling stations can be

  • With hydrogen production at the vehicle supply location - Hydrogen is produced by electrolysis in the station, is compressed, stored in bottles and then delivered to vehicles for consumption
  • With delivery of hydrogen produced in another location - Hydrogen produced in another location is transported by tanks to the station, is unloaded in the tank and then delivered to vehicles for consumption

HYDROGEN filling stations have the following advantages

  • They are reliable and require low maintenance costs
  • They have low energy consumption
  • They have high and constant flows
  • Allow a modular project
  • Easy to maintain
  • No noise during operation

Applications - Cars - Buses - Trucks - Trains - Forklifts - Garbage cans and cleaning machines

Power station components

  • Park of hydrogen cylinders. Their role is to keep a quantity of hydrogen safe for delivery through the vehicle's dealer. Their total capacity is calculated in relation to the station's supply needs. They can be stored inside a container or outside.
  • Compressors - They have the role of compressing hydrogen so that it can be delivered to car tanks. They are safe to operate, noiseless, and highly reliable.
  • Hydrogen distributor - Its role is to be connected to the vehicle tank and to allow the delivery of hydrogen. It is compact, easy to use and can deliver either 35 MPa to small cars or 70 MPa to trucks. It is equipped with approved high-precision measuring instruments.
  • Command and control panel - Ensures the control and command of the various components of the station
  • Cooling system - Its role is to keep hydrogen at an optimal temperature
